CEPIL organized a discussion on the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Bill on Metro Television. The discussion was aimed at creating much public awareness on the bill such that when it comes into force it will help ease congestion in the courts by reducing the number of cases that go to court and thereby enhancing access to justice by many people especially the marginalized in society. Recommendations by participants in the discussion were submitted to Parliament.
