The
Centre for Public Interest Law (CEPIL) is a rights based non-governmental
not for profit organization established in 1999 and incorporated under
the Companies Code 1963 (Act 179) as a company limited by guarantee.
Our
Vision
CEPIL’s
vision is to have a society that is free of injustice, oppression and
social inequity and where people live a life of dignity irrespective
of sex, class, colour, race and geographical location.
Objectives
- Seeks
to increase accountability of public decision makers
- Obtain
and/or improve access to justice
- Enhance
the quality of public decision making
- Research
into public interest law and publication of research findings

has staff strength of Eleven (11) comprising four (4) lawyers, four
(4) administrative support staff, two (2) interns from Ghana School
of Law and one (1) Monitoring and Evaluation officers.
